How do I save tax in the new regime?

How is gratuity calculated in India?

Advance tax due dates and penalty — what happens if I miss one?
Advance tax is due on 15 June, 15 September, 15 December and 15 March, at 15%, 45%, 75% and 100% cumulatively. Miss one and interest runs at 1% a month under Sections 234B and 234C.
