1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Muktify (muktify.in), you agree to these Terms of Service and consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Muktify is available to individuals aged 18 or older who are residents of India.

2. What Muktify is

Muktify is an educational financial calculator that helps you understand your financial position. All outputs are estimates based solely on the numbers you enter.

3. What Muktify is not responsible for

• Muktify is not investment advice.
• Muktify is not tax advice.
• Muktify is not a substitute for a qualified financial adviser.
• Muktify is not responsible for financial decisions made using this tool.
• Actual investment returns, interest rates, and financial outcomes will differ from projections.

4. Payment

• Muktify is free to use. Every screen in the app is open to every signed-in account, and there is nothing to buy.
• If we ever charge for access, the amount will be shown to you on the payment page before you pay, and the terms below govern that purchase.
• Any such purchase would be a single payment for twelve months of access. Nothing auto-renews and no payment mandate is created, so you could never be charged again without starting a new purchase yourself, and there would be nothing to cancel.

5. Prohibited use

• No automated scraping or systematic data extraction.
• No reselling, redistribution, or commercial reuse of outputs.
• One account per individual. Joint or shared accounts are not permitted.
• No use that violates Indian law or misrepresents Muktify outputs.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muktify and its operators are not liable for any financial loss, investment loss, or consequential damage arising from the use of this tool. Muktify's total liability is limited to the fees, if any, you have paid us in the past 12 months. Muktify is free to use, so for most users that amount is nil.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When a change is material we ask you to read and accept the updated terms the next time you open the app, and we record that acceptance; continued use of Muktify after a change means you accept the updated terms.
