Muktify is free to use
We take no payment today, so there is nothing to refund. If you ever paid us, the policy below still applies: a full refund if requested within 7 days of that payment.
How to request a refund
Email refund@muktify.in from your registered email address, with the date of the payment. That is all we need — there is no form to fill in.
Timeline
- We process refund requests within 7 days of receiving your email.
- Once approved, credit reaches your account in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Conditions
- Request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- One refund per account per year.
- Nothing about your account changes when a refund is processed — every screen in Muktify is free, so you keep the whole app and all of your figures either way.
- Your data is retained for 30 days after a refund, and you can export or delete it at any time from Account.
