Refund Policy

How to request a refund

Email refund@muktify.in from your registered email address, with the date of the payment. That is all we need — there is no form to fill in.

Timeline

• We process refund requests within 7 days of receiving your email.
• Once approved, credit reaches your account in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay.

Conditions

• Request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• One refund per account per year.
• Nothing about your account changes when a refund is processed — every screen in Muktify is free, so you keep the whole app and all of your figures either way.
• Your data is retained for 30 days after a refund, and you can export or delete it at any time from Account.
